I know it's been a while since I've updated the site, but rest assured, I've been busy.  With three projects finally nearing a release date, and a few new shows lined up (details below), I thought it was time to reach out and share some new music.

I've mentioned before that I've been in the studio working on a number of things: a full length studio record with John Robinson, a new instrumental Trio record, and the second installment in the PVD Breaks series.  Today, I'm psyched to share with you a preview of one track from each aforementioned record.  Enjoy!  And please let me know what you think.

PVD Live at ARTfest in downtown Jersey City.

Sponsored by ARTHouse Productions & Rising Tide Capital, this is an all day, all ages, FREE Event in downtown Jersey City featuring a great line up of musicians, emcees, artists, photographers and more.....many of which, are friends of mine.  Come out and show some support.  We'll be playing a 45 minute instrumental set at 3:30. 

The event includes work from PVD, Gemineye, Silent Knight, DJ IRS, M. Josephine, Soul Shot Photography, KupiART, Juggla, & more.

After a short hiatus from live shows, I've been busy in the studio, recording tons of new music, including tracks for a new studio record with underground hip hop veteran: John Robinson.  Stay tuned for updates and previews of tracks off the record right here at PVDMusic.com  Look out for the release of the new studio full length from PVD & John Robinson later this year!

To debut some of the music, we've just booked a show in NYC at DROM for June 29th.  Mark your calendars.  We'll be sharing the bill w/ Beninghove's Hangmen for their CD Release Party.

Hoopfest is a free outdoor festival in downtown Newark celebrating the NCAA March Madness tournament at the Prudential Center this weekend. Activities will include live musical performances, guest DJs, interactive basketball games, agility and skills challenges, “Pop-A-Shot,” face painting, temporary tattoos, a Beer Garden, local food vendors, official NCAA merchandise, “Made in Newark” merchandise and more! 

We will be performing two sets at Newark Penn Station (1 Raymond Plaza West)

1st Set- 12:30 - 1:30
